Members must be able to stand, pivot and walk under their own power or with the use of canes, walkers or wheelchairs. Volunteers cannot provide physical assistance such as lifting a member. Service-eligible memberships include up to twenty-\ufb01ve hours of volunteer services per month, averaging $1.67 per hour for an individual membership and $2.50 per hour for a household membership.<br\/><br\/>\n<h5>Individual Membership <\/h5>\n\nThe annual fee for an individual membership is $500.<br\/><br\/>\n\n<h5>Household Membership <\/h5>\n\nThe annual fee for a household membership is $750. <br\/><br\/>\n\n<h5>Reduced-Fee Membership<\/h5>\n\nSubsidized memberships are available to lower-income families based on documented need.<br\/><br\/> \n\n<h5>Short-Term Membership<\/h5> \n\nFor a fee of $75 for thirty days, renewable for a total of three months, short-term memberships may be helpful for temporary needs, such as following surgery.<br\/><br\/>\n<h5>Supporting Membership<\/h5>\n\nAn annual fee of $250 provides access to all social and educational events but no volunteer services. There is also a tax bene\ufb01t, as $200 of the $250 may be tax deductible; consult your tax professional.
